Fill large, microwave safe bowl with a quart of water and heat on high for 12-13 minutes until water is boiling.

Add 4 ounces of pasta or noodles and microwave on high for another 6-8 minutes (give or take depending on type)

Drain water from pasta in the sink
- Top pasta off with easy dressings like canned marinara sauce, butter and cheese, or olive oil and lemon. Other noodles can be topped off with peanut or curry sauce.
