· Color run
o May 10 in Irvine
o The Color Run is a five-kilometer, un-timed race in which thousands of participants, or “Color Runners”, are doused from head to toe in different colors at each kilometer. With only two rules, the idea is easy to follow:
1. Wear white at the starting line
2. Finish plastered in color!
The fun continues after Color Runners complete the race with an unforgettable Finish Festival. This larger than life party is equipped with music, dancing and massive color throws, which create millions of vivid color combinations.
· Bubble Run
o May 17 in Irvine
o Clad in white t-shirts, Participants run, walk, dance and play across 3 miles of absolute fun! Waves start every 3-5 minutes. Then, at each kilometer, participants will run through the Foam Bogs where there is enough colored foam to cover you from head to toe! Each of the four Foam Bogs along the course are represented by different colored foam.
· Rock-N-Glow 5K
o May 24 in Temecula
o Rock-N-Glow 5K fun run/walk is energized by continuous bursts of music along the course with participants covered in glow-in-the-dark swag. Come light the night for a great for a great cause. Add your own creative glow by dressing up in costumes that rock and glow for prizes and bragging rights.
· Run or Dye
o May 26 in Los Angeles
o At Run or Dye, you become part of the rainbow. As you run/walk/dance through the course, you will get showered in safe, eco-friendly, plant-based powdered dye at every kilometer…turning you into a technicolor canvas of fun!
Just when you thought you couldn't possibly be more colorful, you'll cross the finish line and find yourself in the middle of a colorstorm at our Finish Festival! You'll jam out with our awesome emcees as they count down to the moment when YOU get to Tie-Dye the Sky and open your FREE color packet to share a bit of the rainbow with your friends, family, and everyone else around you.
· Mud N Blood Zombie Run
o June 7 in Sanger, CA
o Zombie infested blueberry fields, tree lined roads, over and through water and obstacles. Each runner will start with three flags. The object of the race is to finish the course with at least one flag remaining. Zombies on the trail will attempt to “infect” you by stealing your flags. Medics along the way can give you new life (a flag). If you cross the finish line without any flags, your flesh will soon start to rot! If you do not want to be Zombie food, just run without your flags and the Zombies will go after the “living”.
· 5K Foamfest
o July 19 in Temecula
o What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Well, you'll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want as long as you've got at least 5 people.
· Mudderella
o Oct 4 in San Diego
o This event was designed by women, for women. The courses are 5–7 miles and include 12–15 obstacles. It’s a true athletic challenge, designed to test all-around fitness. It helps to be a good runner, but you don’t have to be a trained marathon runner in order to be a Mudderella. You can go through the course at your own speed, and there are opportunities to take breaks from running at each obstacle.
