Students who don’t enjoy working in the gym or struggle with self-motivation have a healthy, new, and cost free alternative.
“Yoga On The Lawn is awesome because it shows our students and staff are still aware of mindfulness.
An hour of yoga on Memorial lawn allows you to stop stressing about the little things, like papers and exams, and appreciate where we go to school and the community we have at Chapman,” said junior Wilson Lamb, double major in economics and business administration.
Open to the entire community; students, faculty, graduates, and neighbors alike; Yoga On The Lawn is a free event hosted by Chapman each semester. For one evening under the stars, Memorial lawn becomes transformed into a tranquil garden perfect for yoga, meditation, and relaxation.
