If the article hasn’t convinced you to look for the positives in a notoriously shameful holiday, read this sidebar.
A Chapman student (who has chosen to remain anonymous) has started an initiative to bring back why we started trimming down to our skivvies and running around the Circle in the first place: for charity. This year, students will wear clothes to the Piazza, remove them for a large-scale donation, and continue on with the run.
Be sure to wear clothes you’re willing to part with, that aren’t ripped, or show up to the Piazza early for the run to support a fellow student's generous initiative.
