Are you tired of that Ramen and Macaroni and Cheese for dinner and looking to try something new? Check out this easy weeknight ravioli recipe from Alida’s kitchen! This would be an ideal dinner and you’ll have left overs that you can save and just heat up in the microwave! This is perfect for the college student who wants to start cooking.
Easy Ravioli Lasagna
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
-1 ½ cups pasta sauce (there’s always generic brand tomato basil sauce from Target if you’re looking to save money)
-20-ounce package cheese ravioli (refrigerated or frozen)
-10 ounces frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
-1 cup mozzarella cheese
-2 tbsp grated Parmesan
-crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
-cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray an 8 inch baking dish with cooking spray and put aside.

Pour ½ cup of pasta sauce into bottom of the dish.

Layer bottom of dish with half of the ravioli.

Cover ravioli with another ½ cup of pasta sauce.

Top with spinach and ½ cup of mozzarella.

Repeat with the remaining ravioli, sauce, and mozzarella.

Sprinkle top with parmesan and red pepper flakes.

Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and bake until starts to brown for about an additional 10 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
